Royalty - Petroleum

In the event that royalties become payable under this permit, the annual reporting period for this permit is 1 January to 31 December every year as specified under the Crown Minerals (Royalties for Petroleum) Regulations 2013.

In the event that royalties become payable under this permit, the Minister will define the point(s) of valuation for royalty calculation in consultation with the permit holder.
